1940s-era cookbooks from the Culinary Arts Institute, 500 Tasty Sandwiches test kitchen

500 Tasty Sandwiches’ name is inspired by a series of cookbooks published by the Culinary Arts Institute in the 1940s and 1950s. I found this recent stash at The Trash Queen Store at the Hills Country Inn (6 Bethlehem Road, Callicoon Center, NY)
